Motion coordination

Proprioceptors are nerve endings which transfer information about the muscle-skeleton system in the central nervous system.

Proprioceptors are measuring sensors which end at the controlling organ and arrange its own reflexes. They are located in all nerve endings and sinews. They are necessary for a proper body coordination, change of the body position, muscle tone and processing of body’s own reflexes.

Proprioceptive training

  • good for the condition
  • improves the ability to keep balance
  • increases the reaction ability
  • takes care of the spine stability
  • thanks to wobble exercises, deep muscles are additionally trained
